The shareholder benefits

The goal is to have our shareholders using the Health Management Service "Value Cafeteria®" system which they can continuously manage, maintain and improve their own health as a shareholder benefit.
The main functions of the "Value Cafeteria®" system are as follows.

  1. We can manage various data such as individual health checkup results after converting them into electronic health information. It can also be used as a personal health record (PHR) which is a national policy.
  2. As a health portal site (including the EC site), you can use more than 20,000 products and services that support health examinations, various checkups, etc. and individual health behavior at member prices and gift points.

Eligible shareholders

Shareholders who hold 100 or more shares registered in the shareholder registry as of December 31 of each year.

Shareholders' benefit

With December 31 of each year as the record date, we offer the Health Management Service "Value Cafeteria®" as a benefit to shareholders registered in the shareholder registry.

  1. The annual membership fee (6,600 yen, tax included) is free for holding 100 or more shares.
    (Valid period: April 1 to March 31 of the following year)
  2. We would present 2,500 to 30,000 points in the first year, a maximum of 5,000 to 35,000 points for continued ownership (1 point = 1 yen) according to the number of shares held as of the reference date each year. Those points can be used on the health portal site and are valid for 2 years from the date of presentation.

Presentation Standard for cafeteria points

"Cafeteria Points" will be presented according to the "number of shares held" and "continuous holding period".

* Cafeteria points can be used at the rate of 1 point = 1 yen.

* The number of shares held is based on December 31 of each year.
* The continuous holding period is the period during that shares held continuously under the same shareholder number.
* If the shareholder number is changed due to a change in the securities company, etc., the calculation will start from the record date after the change.
* Cafeteria points are valid for two years from April 1 every year.
* In addition, those who do not continue to hold shares as of the shareholder benefit right record date can use the shareholder benefit program only during the shareholder benefit membership validity period. Furthermore, cafeteria points are valid until the end of the fiscal year on which cafeteria points are presented.
